Is there a free trial?
Yes — both plans start with a full 30-day free trial. No credit card required to sign up.
Are there any per-booking or per-guest fees?
No. The monthly price is the monthly price — no commission on bookings, no per-guest surcharge.
What are add-ons?
PricePilot (dynamic pricing), POS (bar & kitchen point of sale), and Rentals (scooter & bike tracking). On Pro they’re all included; on Lite you can add them individually at ฿799/month each.
Can I switch from Lite to Pro later?
Yes, at any time from Setup → Billing. The switch takes effect immediately.
What currency are the prices in?
Thai baht (฿). If you’re running a property outside Thailand, get in touch — same product, we’ll sort the currency.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your first invoice arrives 30 days after you subscribe. Everything keeps working — there’s no disruption at the end of the trial.
