RoomFlow wasn't built to sell to hostels first and figure out if it worked later. It was built to run one — ours — and it still does, every day.
Three years running a hostel in Thailand. In that time we paid for a PMS, a channel manager, a POS app for the bar, and kept a paper notebook for the motorbikes. Four things, none of them talking to each other — and the bikes still went missing.
We tried the all-in-ones too. They were all-in-one somewhere else. An all-in-one built for Europe lands here missing immigration filing, missing a bar tab, missing rentals entirely — and those aren't extras, they're most of the day.
So we built the one that fits. It runs our property. Now it can run yours.

Three ordinary pieces of software marketing you won't find on this site, and why.
“All-in-one”
Everyone selling hostel software says it. We'd rather show four cancelled subscriptions than say a word every competitor already says.
A superlative
No claim about being the only or the best anything — we can't verify that about anyone else's software, so we don't say it about ours.
“AI-powered”
PricePilot is rules, not a model. Every price it sets comes with a plain-English reason you can read and override — saying so is worth more than implying otherwise.
